Sullivan County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is a governmental subdivision of Indiana. It is responsible for carrying out practices and programs that promote the conservation of our soil, water and related natural resources within the county. By working in partnership with Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Department of Natural Resources-Division of Soils (DNR), this purpose is carried out by providing technical assistance, cost-share opportunities and educational programs.
